Short version
RateKey does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs of any kind. Everything you type stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. RateKey has no sign-in, no user profile, and no server of our own. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or device data. We have not integrated any analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK.
What stays on your device
The amounts you enter, the currency pair you last used, your widget configuration, and a cached copy of the latest exchange rates are stored locally on your device only. They are never uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Your home currency is inferred from your device's system region settings, on the device. RateKey does not request or use location permission.
Network access
RateKey uses a single permission, INTERNET, for one purpose: fetching daily reference
exchange rates from the public Frankfurter API (frankfurter.dev).
These requests contain only the currency codes needed for the lookup — no identifiers, no account,
no information about you. Like any web server, the rate provider may record standard technical request
data (such as IP address) under its own policies; we neither receive nor have access to that data.
Children
RateKey is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Permissions
INTERNET— to fetch exchange rates.
That is the complete list. RateKey does not request location, camera, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive permission.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

儿童
